David is a First Nation teenager living in a rural mountain community with his eccentric Native American grandmother. While bringing to life the legends of “Hairy Man” to frighten visiting tourists, David and his friend Rodney meet up with Jen and Amy, who have recently set up a campsite along the river. When Jen and Amy join in on the charade, chaos ensues and romance blossoms. As their practical joke begins to fall apart, the group learns the real truth behind the Bigfoot legend.
